Article 1 – Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into between:

Article 2 – Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the Parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the Buyer from the website [website URL] belonging to the Seller, including the qualifications of the product(s), sales price, and payment conditions.

Article 4 – Delivery Conditions

4.1. The product(s) shall be delivered to the Buyer or a person designated by the Buyer at the address specified during the order process within the promised timeframe.
4.2. The delivery period may be extended in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances (natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, etc.).
4.3. All shipping costs, unless otherwise stated, shall be borne by the Buyer.

Article 5 – Payment Terms

5.1. The Buyer shall make payment by one of the available methods (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) before delivery of the product.
5.2. If payment is made via credit card in installments, the relevant provisions of the contract signed between the Buyer and the card issuer bank shall apply.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

6.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement without any justification and without paying any penalty within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product.
6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing via e-mail or registered mail.
6.3. Returned products must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging.
6.4. The Seller shall refund all payments received from the Buyer within 14 days after receiving the returned product.

Article 7 – Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

  • Perishable goods o
